Thinking for a Change (T4C): Train the Trainer is a 32-hour classroom-based training experience which equips qualified Thinking for a Change (T4C) Facilitators with the necessary set of skills to take the next step- and become prepared to train other staff from their agency to facilitate T4C with an offender group.

This advanced training capacitates an agency to become self-sufficient and be able to train their own staff to sustain the Thinking for a Change program with the offender population over time.

In addition to registering, applicants must complete an application & nomination form and submit with proof of T4C Facilitator Training Certification.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
