Rates are $167.00 per night for single occupancy rooms. When making reservations, please identify yourself as a member of the Texas Association of Specialty Courts.

The "cut-off" date for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 p.m. local time on Friday, March 1, 2024; however, please keep in mind that there are only a certain number of rooms allocated in this block and reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Hotel Daily Parking Rates:Valet parking is $42 + tax per night/per vehicle* – overnight parking (unlimited in/out privileges). Oversized vehicle parking is $50 + tax per night/per vehicle*. Daily and event valet parking is $27 per vehicle* (no in/out privileges).

You do not have to be a member of TASC to register for and attend the conference.

Full refunds will be given to those who cancel ten (10) working days prior to the training. No refunds will be processed after that time. Substitutions are permitted anytime.
