This training is for probation officers as well as administrative staff who are interested in becoming a certified Staff Safety Instructor.  The class will be spilt into two groups with the new participants in class Monday-Friday and the participants needing recertification in class from Wednesday-Friday. 

CMIT is aware of the budget challenges everyone is facing, as we are too.  We would like a definate commitment from your department if you are interested in attending.

Please note the more participants we have register, the cheaper the class will be.  The $350 is the high end of the estimate.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
