Each Agency will present a topic of concern. Facilitators from the Correctional Management Institute of Texas and Sam Houston State University will lead the discussion periods.
The training fee of $380.00 covers all meals, refreshment breaks, and all training materials. Participants will pay hotel expenses of $63.95 per day (plus tax) for three nights at the University Hotel. Reservations should be made by March 14, 2010. Each room has two queen-size beds, a refridgerator, etc., and adjoins the training center.
The program is for Wardens and Assistant Wardens. Each Agency may submit 1-2 nomineeds to attend the training. Please register early, this program is popular and will fill up fast. The first 30 nominees will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given to those who cancel ten (10) working days prior to the training. A $35.00 administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations after the deadline. The Correctional Management Institute of Texas reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel prior to the training or for those who fail to attend. Substitutions are permitted anytime.
