Joe Peraino, Ph.D., is former president of the Houston Psychological Association and is adjunct faculty at the University of Houston. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and has been quoted in publications across the U.S. such as the Chicago Tribune, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Christian Science Monitor, and others. As a psychologist, he has treated probationers for over 20 years. Dr. Peraino illustrates his points with educational examples, providing practical and professional tips on managing stress in the workplace and preventing burnout.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
