Due to such growth and success, the Leadership for Support Staff Conference has moved to beautiful Corpus Christi, Texas. We will continue to have great activities such as a music night and something for the family as well.

The tentative agenda for the conference is posted at the link at the top of the page. We are bringing back Nancy Baird and Charlotte Stallings, and adding Marla Durden, Greg Moore, and Monty Hudspeth.

Nancy will be speaking on Taking the Lead in Supporting Your Organization, while Charlotte will cover "I Love My Job...It's the People I Have a Problem With". Marla will discuss how to Breakthrough to Success and Greg will talk about what is on everyone's mind - managing your money. Monty will leave you inspired with his touching presentation on Character Driven Success.

We will continue to have our live music and we are working on our family event as well. I will keep you posted as things change. We are working on finding someone like Bath Junkie that can provide something special for each of you. Each participant will also receive a free conference tote bag and t-shirt.

Cancellation Policy: If paid, full refunds will be given to those who cancel in writing more than ten (10) working days prior to the training. A refund of 70% of the fees paid will be authorized when a written request for cancellation and refund of conference or program fees is submitted less than ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled start of the program. If unpaid, those who cancel in writing more than ten (10) working days prior to the training will have all fees waived. When a written request for cancellation is submitted less than ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled start of the program, the participant will be responsible for 30% of the conference rate at the time they registered. The Correctional Management Institute of Texas reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel in writing prior to the training or for those who fail to attend. Substitutions are permitted at anytime.
