Max Howard served as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation for more than 33 years. He worked as an investigative agent in Mobile, Alabama, New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Dallas, Texas, and dealt with a wide range of criminal matters. Max was on the negotiating team at the Branch Davidian standoff in Waco, Texas, and was a negotiation team leader during the Freeman siege at Jordan, Montana. He is an active participant and former office-holder in the Texas Association of Hostage Negotiators.

Reservations should be made for June 25 and June 26, 2007. Registration/Sign-in for the program will be from 7:00 am to 8:00 am on June 26, 2007. The program will begin at 8:00 am each day and conclude at 5:00 pm on June 27, 2007.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
