The Correctional Management Institute of Texas (CMIT) is offering a Mid-Management Leadership Reunion Conference to all past participants of the Mid-Management Leadership Program. The conference will be held at the George J. Beto Criminal Justice Center at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. The program has been developed to provide emerging leaders in the field further development and to re-energize the leaders within.
Nancy Baird will return to facilitate a day of training on leadership, keeping good people, and creating the best place to work. Mattison Grey with the University of Houston Coaching Institute will teach participants the value of “Coaching Tools for Leaders” and how to coach for high performance. Charlotte Stallings from Getting Smarter will close the program with an inspirational message on how to overcome your biggest hurdles to navigate through life challenges. Executive leadership from supporting Agency’s will also be speaking at the conference.
Due to the significance of the program, there will be NO registration cost to the participants. Also, the Institute is providing ALL MEALS to the particpants at NO cost.
This conference is for past participants of the Mid-Management Leadership Program only. Invitations have been sent out. If you register for this program and are not a past MMLP participant, your registration will be disregarded.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
