Session 1-8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. "Character Driven Success" Dr. Beverly Chiodo is a business educator at Southwest Texas State University. She is a consultant and seminar speaker for professional organizations, community programs, and industry. Known by her students as the “Doctor of Encouragement,” she’s been widely recognized for her teaching effectiveness at the state and national levels. You will learn to: •Motivate people to respond nobly to life’s challenges. •Express specific ways others have benefited your life and the life of your organization. •Discover the secret of "going the second mile." •Create an environment which builds rapport and team spirit. The purpose of this session is to broaden your understanding of what makes communication powerful and effective. Dr. Beverly Chiodo will challenge you with a new perspective on how to motivate others to excellence.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given to those who cancel in writing more than ten (10) working days prior to the training. A refund of 70% of the fees paid will be authorized when a written request for refund of conference or program fees is submitted less than ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled start of the program. The Correctional Management Institute of Texas reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel prior to the training or for those who fail to attend. Substitutions are permitted at anytime.
