PROGRAM INFORMATION:
New for 2024…HR Boot Camp! This year attendees will have the option to attend a half-day of training prior to the start of the regular program. The boot camp has been developed specifically for individuals who are newer to their HR positions within their agencies. However, anyone can attend for a refresher.
Standard Program: $215 Wednesday evening thru Friday noon
Standard Program PLUS Boot Camp: $240 Includes Standard Program plus additional 4-hour training on Wednesday (tentatively 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm)
The CSCD HR Forum was established in 2012 to create and provide an opportunity for CSCD Human Resources directors and staff to meet and discuss topics, challenges, and ideas relevant to management of personnel within adult probation agencies. The program also includes “The Legal Corner”, providing updates on legal topics important to HR professionals in probation agencies. Though the annual event has grown from the initial intimate group meeting and now includes attendees from other criminal justice agencies, the format of a “conversation” remains.
