Each Agency will present a topic of concern. Facilitators from the Correctional Management Institute of Texas and Sam Houston State University will lead the discussion periods.
The training fee of $280.00 covers all meals, refreshment breaks, and all training materials. Participants will pay hotel expenses of $55 per day (plus tax) for three nights at the University Hotel. Reservations should be made by March 24, 2008. Each room has two queen-size beds, a refridgerator, etc., and adjoins the training center.
The program is for Wardens and Assistant Wardens. Each Agency may submit 1-2 nomineeds to attend the training. Please register early, this program is popular and will fill up fast. The first 28 nominees will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
