TPFW, a maximum security facility, is the state’s primary women’s facility that houses approximately 760 offenders which includes all female death row inmates. TPFW offers a multitude of educational and vocational programs to meet the rehabilitative needs of the offenders. Educational programs include adult basic education, high school equivalency testing and special education classes. Vocational classes include computer application and literacy, cosmetology, culinary arts and career management for success. Lipscomb University offers classes that allow offenders to achieve a college degree while incarcerated.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be given to those who cancel ten (10) working days prior to the training. A $75.00 administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations after the deadline. The Association of Paroling Authorities International reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel prior to the training or for those who fail to attend. Substitutions are permitted anytime.
