This training is designed to not only provide instruction about the proper use of OC spray but to also test the participants tactical and decision making process regarding when to deploy this safety tool. The training meets the Court standards that state and agency must not only provide training on how to use a force tool, but must also provide training on the constitutional limits of the tool.
