To participate in this program, the participant must be nominated by their Director. The Nomination Form link is located at the TOP of this page .

This program consists of two phases. Phase I will be held in Huntsville on November 2-6, 2015. Phase II will be held in Austin(a finalized date has not yet been established for this phase) and facilitated by CJAD.

All program meal expenses for Phase I are covered by CMIT. Participants are responsible for their lodging and travel expenses to and from the program.

Participants are required to purchase and read "The Five Temptations of a CEO" by Patrick Lencioni, prior to arriving for Phase I of the program.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
