JOHN GRAHAM is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Del Mar College and teaches courses in Court Systems and Practices. He is a seasoned law enforcement officer who has testified in state and federal courts for over 20 years and has been qualified as an expert witness in many investigative areas of concern. His experience and knowledge of court processes and the intricacies of court management will give you a different perspective on the legal system and how it is applied.

BENNIE RAY has been an Attorney at Law for more than 25 years and is licensed in Texas and Georgia. As a Criminal Defense Lawyer, he is a member of both the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Texas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Bennie is also a Fellow of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Educational Institute. He holds licenses in a variety of courts including the U.S. Supreme Court, Texas Supreme Court, several U.S. District Courts, Federal Courts of Appeal, and several specialized courts. Bennie has served in the U.S. Military and worked for the Texas Department of Corrections. He is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and the University of Houston School of Law. 

JUDGE TODD BLOMERTH is currently District Judge in the 421st Judicial District Court.  He began his career as a correctional officer, received his Masters Degree in Criminology and Corrections from Sam Houston State University and moved into private practice after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law. He brings experience with Pre-Trial Release programs and Review Court for at-risk probationers.

Cancellation Policy:
If paid, full refunds will be given to those who cancel in writing more than ten (10) working days prior to the training. A refund of 70% of the fees paid will be authorized when a written request for cancellation and refund of conference or program fees is submitted less than ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled start of the program. If unpaid, those who cancel in writing more than ten (10) working days prior to the training will have all fees waived. When a written request for cancellation is submitted less than ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled start of the program, the participant will be responsible for 30% of the conference rate at the time they registered. The Correctional Management Institute of Texas reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel in writing prior to the training or for those who fail to attend. Substitutions are permitted at anytime.
