"After 9-11, our focus went to terrorism. But now we are coming back around and want to address these gangsters not as thugs, but as part of a criminal enterprise…and disrupt and dismantle them as we did the mafia.”
~Robert Clifford - Director, FBI Gang Task Force

Gangs are widespread and adversely affect the quality of life within our communities with violence, drugs, and associated criminal activity. This presentation will focus on warning signs, risk factors, graffiti, street language, tattoos, and new trends of gang involvement. In particular, participants will learn the profiles of several different gangs; MS13, Tango Blasters, Los Zetas (Drug Cartel), Latin Kings, SUR 13, NORTE 14, gangs in the Military, and others.
