In one of our most intriguing programs, Michael Boulch, a nationally recognized speaker and trainer, reveals that which is hidden in plain sight. His presentations on handwriting analysis and body language have fascinated a wide range of criminal justice professionals. He has been an Adjunct Professor with the University of Houston’s Criminal Justice Center since 1984 and has been conducting Law Enforcement training seminars since 1978. He authored the TCLEOSE Learning Objectives for “Investigative and Forensic Hypnosis Interviewing Techniques.” Mike also presents on Sexual Sadistic Lust Murder. He has appeared on the television show Unsolved Mysteries.

Registration/Sign-in will be from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM on May 30. The program will begin at 8:00 AM and conclude at 5:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
