Robert DiMambro has 30 years with the Houston Police Department including over 25 years in the Narcotics Division.He is certified as a Laboratory Supervisor, Site Safety Officer, and Recertification Instructor, as well as in investigating and processing Clandestine Methamphetamine.

Dawn Mathis joined the Drug Enforcement Administration in 1989 as an Investigator, which entailed the regulation and investigation of registrants with access to controlled substances. Through her efforts, a network oforganizations across Texas collaborates and coordinates to educate, train, and expose the public to the benefits of drug prevention.

Paul Flores, III is a registered nurse, certified by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care as a Correctional Health Care Professional. He practices as a nurse consultant and expert witness for correctional health care litigation.He is currently a Health Services Administrator at the Frio County Detention Center.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
