The Women in Criminal Justice Conference (WICJ), hosted by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas (CMIT), is an empowering annual event dedicated to supporting and advancing the contributions of women across all areas of the criminal justice system. Topics include leadership development, wellness and resilience, career advancement, ethics, and the evolving challenges and achievements of women working in criminal justice. Participants gain valuable insights, tools, and connections that inspire and equip them to lead with confidence and integrity. Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
